Last three days continuous burning sensation in stomach and chest so please can any one suggest me on this

Avoid spicy,fried junk food or food from outside Add fresh curd ,plenty of liquid,, treatment Tab Zipant-DSR (befor break fast) for 7 days syp Gelusil-MPS(2teaspoon 2 time in a day) Avoid Tea
