Burning and pulling pain in knee

When i sit or bend on my knees posture i get burning sensation n pain in the corner of my knee. Feel like something fluid pulpy thing is moving. This happened after i skit wide ones when I was in this posture. What problem could this be n what should I do

This may be due to formation of a cyst around the joint capsule which might be protruding out on flexion of knee joint.
Next Steps
You should get USG of knee joint to identify the cause. Also, you can start using crepe bandage for compression. Analgesic can be taken if there is pain.
