you have not mentioned when it happened. treatment for fresh wound is topical antibiotic creams and oral antibiotics if required depending on severity and depth. in deeper injuries you may also use Epidermal growth factor creams to minimise scarring. if already scarring  is there you may use topical creams like hexilac silicon gel, better consult dermatologist for direct examination and advice.
