At present you can consult with a General Physician or General Surgeon. If some complications develop and you get bad scarring then you will need the services of a Plastic Surgeon. If you get bad infection and it is not responding to conventional antibiotics then you may need services of a Dermatologist. Please don't collect all Doctors in one go.
