4 year child spliied hot tea, resulting in skin burn between anus & penis big blister on bump.treatment given :silver nitrate gel 0 .2 % w/w applied thrice ,Taxim o syrup twice& ibuprofen & paracitimol syrup given thrive in a day.tiday is third day.

Keep the area dry.frequet application of ointment.watch for any fever spikes. Continue antibiotic for total 5-7days.give only brufen syp twice daily for 3-5 days then stop.stop paracetamol
