Bumps or stones or lump under skin

Dear sir/ madam please help me I was abserved etching and red spot on my skin 6 months before, then it was formed as lump/ stone/ bump...I am attaching those photos.If I consume any nonveg food or cheese food that bump surface area increases day by day. Please advise me which type of treatment should take.

DERCUMS disease...multiple benign lipomas which are painful sometime...When it grows rapidly or u have severe pain then u can go for excision otherwise nothing much to worry and u neednt take any drugs for these swellings..These swellings are usually not associated with any food intake..
