I am seeing bumps on tongue , have not noticed it before. Photo attached. Not sure what it is pls advice

Do you have any complaints do you have any pain solid difficulty on any other thing if not then it  is  not be treated it is normal structure of the tongue which is there

These are normal Circumvallate papillae on Posterior one third of tongue.

If it's not painful or symptomatic Don't Worry... Usually you have lingual papillae on tongue.Meant for taste,sometimes it enlarges and causes pain then you need definite treatment.
