Bumps on her buttocks legs & hands

Yesterday evening I found small bumps on her buttocks. I applied coconut oil and put diaper and made her sleep in the night. Today Morning it spreaded to legs for my 1 year baby. Went to pediatrician here and he gave silkin soap and dewee moisturising cream with Cetop syrup, mlact b suspension and HICOPE drops . Is it necessary to give all the three drops??
