There are bumps on my throat wall... And they don't go away. Also my one tonsil is bigger than another. Please help me. What could be the reason??

Very intelligent multi-drug resistant bacteria have colonised your tonsils and created mucous barricades inside your tonsils. These barricades prevent antibiotics in your bloodstream from reaching the bacteria which could otherwise kill them. Other bacteria which are not present in these barricades will definitely be killed by the antibiotics. This is why after taking antibiotics, your fever and throat pain subside but tonsils remain enlarged. They are sitting time-bombs in your throat and must be removed.
