Hello I have uploaded the picture of bump on wrist of my son.It is not itching but he continuously itches his genital area don't know whether it's his habit or real itch.But on wrist 2 bumps are there., what is it.

Looks like viral rash, may develop similar rash on face, feet and rear. Its called hand foot mouth disease. Apply lactocalamine and give lots of fluids. Consult properly if worsens
