I have a bump on my gum since many weeks.. it's little painful.. n looks red..I have brushing twice a day and been using mouthwash called clohex plus.. but no recovery..

It may be due to inflammation at some area of gum ..called localised periodontitis .. consult periodontist and after proper clinical check up treatment can done ...like scaling followed by some medicine
