Bump formed on my butt.

A bump formed on my butt and now it turned into black color and the bump is not decreased nor increased. From 1 year im facing this issue please suggest me some medication.

Is it filled with pus. Any fluid Ozzing out from it? Does it pain on touching or sitting? Have you checked your sugar levels? Are these single or multiple? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management.
