Hey, I recently noticed a small bump on my penis, upon scratching it has become hollow yellow thing (Img attached). I even conducted STD and all other screening tests and all were non reactive and negative. It pains sometimes on touching, who should I consult, Sexologist or Urologist? What cream or ointment should I apply?
