Bulky uterus with uterine fibroid
URINARY BLADDER :
Urinary bladder is distended. Wall is normal in thickness. No intraluminal calculus or mass is seen.
UTERUS :
Uterus is anterverted, bulky in size, measures : 13.16 cm. x 8.38 cm. x 6.08 cm. Surfaces are smooth.
Myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. One fairly large fibroid 4.46 cm x 4.70 cm noted at posterior
myometrium involving fundus & body of uterus. Endometrial echo is normal in thickness ( 0.79 cm) and
seen at midline. Cervix appears normal.
OVARIES :
Both the ovaries are normal in size, shape, outline and echotexture. Parenchyma are homogeneous. No SOL
is seen.
Right ovary measures : 2.93 cm. x 1.79 cm.
Left ovary measures : 3.14 cm. x 1.69 cm.
ADNEXAE :
No abnormal mass seen.
P.O.D.:
No fluid collection or mass seen.
IMPRESSION :
Bulky uterus with uterine fibroid.
