I am 49 years old and my both deliveries were normal. Period is irregular sometimes a gap of 2-3 months and sometimes 15-20 days. The uterus is bulky measures 13 x 8.8 x 6.8 cms and reveals multiple fibroids. Largest measuring 3.6 x 3.2 cm in the posterior wall and 4.2 x 3.9 cm is seen in the anterior wall. The endometrial distorted by the fibroids. Right ovary measures 2.8 x 1.7 cm and left ovary reveals a simple cyst measuring 2.9 x 2.5 cm in size. Is vaginal hysterectomy advisable?
