Urinary bladder - Urinary bladder is well filled and regular in outline Uterus - (AP - 4.4 cm) Uterus is anteverted in position and bulky in size with normal myometrial echotexture. Endometrium - Endometrium is normal. Thickness is about 7.8 mm Cervix - Normal Adnexa - No mass Cul-de Sac - Clear
