Bulky uterus. only medicine can help me. or i have go for an operation. UTERUS Anteverted in position IT IS BULKY IN SIZE, measuring 9.80cm x 5.79cm x 4.28 cm the echopattern is normal the endometrial echo(EE- 0.830cm) is central in location and normal in structure
