My gync checked my pregnancy but it was negative she gave misoprostol for three days as my endometrium is thick 24.1 mm

You take it and wait for bleeding.After getting period again contact to gynaecologist and start treatment for pregnancy.First take the medicine for ovulation induction, follicular study and then injection for rupture of egg.
