I have some skin bulging like allergies. This gets only in areas that are directly exposed to air. that is in my wrist hands neck etc. i dont get inside my dress. it gets reduced in 4 to 5 days. whether it is due to allergy?. Slight itching is also there. I dont know whether it ia due to insects or dust?. photo attached.
