Sir in my nose bulged at the tip with black mark behind the bulg i can't explain see the attachment,and it looks odd if i laugh its bulges even more what i can do for it naturally ...?? If not What are the way i can get rid of this is there any surgery...?? If yes is there any laser kind of treatment...?? Thank you for answer in advance
