Sir, no matter which cap you go for, the tooth which is below cap,is gonna bear forces. Since it get weeken during RCT and other procedure, it's better to avoid chewing/ breaking something hard from those crown. Many times crown remain sound/perfectly fine, but tooth get fractured below. And caps are no use if you lost your teeth
Next Steps
you can definitely eat wafers biscuits. apple and ol cut it in small pieces and eat.no need to restrict your food as such.

Bruxzir anterior is a better option if you want strength for your cap. But if u want a natural looking crown then E-max will be better. Remember one thing that a cap cannot replace ur original teeth and it is just a prosthesis.
Next Steps
You cannot tear these things once the cap are placed..If u wish to eat all of the above mentioned things..You should cut them into small pieces and eat.
Health Tips
Avoid eating hard and sticky things with the cap on..

It is not advisable to tear anything on your front capped teeth. Bruxzir is stronger than emax but it is not as esthetic as the latter. For anterior from esthetic point of view emax is better option.
Health Tips
Kindly avoid tearing of food from your anterior teeth once u place the caps
