For the past couple days I've been scratching/bothering the right side of my nose so now it has a bruise on it I just want to make sure it's nothing serious

Stop scratching..Use calamine lotion on the affected area..take anti-allergic tablet.. consult with a skin specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
