During mensuration i used to suffer from abdominal pain and thigh pain along with high amount of brownish discharge with the flow.... And from last 3-4 months i had heavy flow than normal... All this started after my treatment of lung infection during which i was supposed to take heavy dose of antibiotics for 3 weeks and after that only my periods became irregular and i started suffering from heavy brownish discharge alongwith blood

I think you are having Vaginal infection also.Meet to gynaecologist in person and get examined by her.If you are sexually active then give treatment to partner also.Agsin you have to take one course of antibiotics.
