Brown spotting.Had abortion last month

I underwent a medical abortion last month April 19th. Bleeding continued for 1week. Got ultrasound to check for any RPOC. Report said, uterus and both ovaries normal. No evidence of RPOC seen. Periods for the month of May is due. I see brown and red spotting since one/two days. Please suggest what to do.
