Hi Doctor From last two years i am having brown spots in my arm pits. These usually vanish in cold season and reappear in summers. Till now i haven't used any medicine for it. Can i know what is the cause of these brown spots. Thanks.

most likely as it is coming n going that too in arm pits its most likely to be fungal infection. To confirm i need photo of the lesion n treatment according to that.
