I have throat infection and fever, But since two days I'm experiencing brown spit after waking up I don't smoke. What is the reason.?

Augmentin DUO 625, 3 times/day, 15 tablets. If loose motion experienced,sour curd daily twice, 5 spoons. C. Roles-D, once a day, before food,  5 days.
