Brown patches on skin

2025-10-12 02:44:20
Hello Doctor, I’ve been noticing slowly developing brown patches on both of my arms and back . ( 10 to 12 ) The patches are slightly raised, and wrinkled, but not itchy or painful. They have been increasing very slowly over time. ( Observed 6 months before) There are no red spots, oozing, or scaling, and the skin color is just darker than normal. I want to confirm if it could be fungal, pigmentation, or anything serious. Please advise what could be the possible cause and suggest any tests, creams, or medicine I should start. please check attached images. I didn't have any medical history. Thank you.
