Brown Patches on lower limbs both legs

I have brown patches kind of on both the legs, left limb above the ankle has more patches than the right one. I have never experienced any itching on the patches. I though have regular muscle cramp feeling in legs and a sensation kind of feeling in both limbs with less of energy in both. I am attaching the pictures for both the limbs. Kindly suggest some medications.
