I have brown, round, elevated mole on my calf muscle. It's upper tip is a little rough. No pain, itching or any other symptoms. It's there since last 4 months. No colour change. Only upper tip surface has become more rough with time. I also have a number of moles of red, black and blue colour in my body. What is it and is there a reason to worry?
