I've noticed for the last few days I have a brown mark going across the tip of my second toe on my right foot. It almost resembles a marker pen being drawn across the toe as it's darker on one end and gets thinner and lighter on the other. It's also rather grainy like it's either not on the top layer of skin or if it's faded.
