I have pcos. i see brown discharge and sometimes blood.. only during urinating...rest times there is nothing... absolutely clear...but while urinating i see blood or brown discharge...what could it be

It could be either urine infection or irregular spotting which in your case can be because of hormonal imbalance or polyp or ovarian cyst etc. Also if you hv been sexually active do a urine pregnancy test to be sure that you are not pregnant
