My periods due in one week but first time i m noticing brown discharge from vagina. Slight pain in lower abdomen also present mainly right lower side.

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Don't worry too much. Pre menes discharge is normal. If it's clean or blood stain. But if it's much in quantity and abnormal discharge from vagina than complete examination is necessary to diagnose problem.
