Brown discharge- 7 week pregnant

I am 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant and had my USG done 3 days back. Report was normal and heartbeat was identified. Today morning I noticed little brown discharge. Is anything to worry ? My doc also prescribed Hucog 5000 IM along with Dupasthon.
