Brown colour patches on face

I have gone for face wax and after then i got acne. I applied adapalene and clindamycin gel *cintrol-a- gel* Om face. The pimples got dried and it left brown skin patches all over. It is ithng on face. Anything i appl leaves skin dry. Please advice what to do now. I have an interview tomorrow.

You.may be having posy inflammatory hyperpigmentation which is normal after.acne. It is not advisable to prescribe without examining the patient. Kindly send photos using private chat for better understanding of the problem. Once diagnosis is made, then only we can prescribe some medicine. Please do not use anything without proper examination.
