From last 1 year iam getting brown and red moles on my face. Why am I getting these spots? Suggest any ointment (sensitive and oilly skin)

These r skin tags and will have to get them removed. They can occur coz of wright gain or if ur genetically predisposed to developing them.They can be removed with Electrocautery. Creams wont help in removing them. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
