Brown/Black Spot on nail

5-6 months before, my index finger's nail developed a black/brown line, which has gradually became more prominent and is growing with the nail.

Hi. Greetings. In most Indians/ brown and dark skinned people this is not a significant problem. Occasionally may be problematic or associated with a condition of rather some concern.
