Patient need to take epilepsy treatment regularly if he/she is having epilepsy attack, 2nd thing epilepsy might affects once decision power, affects intellectual power and have increases chances of having psychiatry disorder. You need to consult psychiatrist for epilepsy review and also for anxiety and for intellectual performance which might have been affected in this case but it can only be judged better after seeing the patient
