Bronchitis with face rashes

Hi - my 4 months old girl is suffering from severe cough  (may be bronchitis as doubted by my doctor ) now it's 5th day and doesn't seems to have any improvement. And from today morning suddenly there are some skin rashes (looks like allergic) in face and legs. Can you please advice some remedy for quick cure.
