Bronchiectasis with fibrotic bands

Covid in 2021 CTscan did in 2022 shows bronchiectasis with fibrotic bands on the left lower lobe.no smoking history no symptoms till now.is it serious???m worried.plis help.

Just need a follow up for if any deterioration in ct is present or not, otherwise can relax if no symptoms, when they appear need proper treatment and no over the counter medications as usually they give cough suppressants, that may harm you.
