I went for root canal the dentist ended up with some complications a tip of that instrument broken n settled inside the tooth this is its xray.. is it ok to leave that needle like thing inside as it is??

hi if your asymptomatic means no pain and swelling you can forget about otherwise visit endodontist get instrument removed or bypass it and get it filled

It is actually acceptable if the endodontic file is broken as long as it doesn't cause pain. If any kind of pain, do make sure they do a re- root canal.
