What exactly is the definition of broken skin ? Would face and back acne be defined as broken skin ? Would they provide access to the blood stream ? I seek this in the context of rabies, having been licked by a stray dog on a portion of the face that had a mix of pustular acne and some healing ones. Would a rabies vaccination be mandated in this context ?
