I have had continuous bright pink blood spots from my vagina however it is not my period. It is just spots of bright pink/red blood whenever I wipe.

Have you used any hormones tablet for withdrawal or postpone the period.If yes then maybe one reason.If not meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her and take opinion and suggestion.
