My wife age is 34 years old. The report indicates a single, live intrauterine fetus with a gestational age of 14 weeks and 3 days, with an estimated delivery date of October 6, 2025. Fetal biometry measurements, including CRL (82 mm), BPD (26 mm), FL (13 mm), AC (83 mm), and HC (92 mm). The fetal heart rate (FHR) is 160 bpm. The placenta is anterior and low-lying, reaching up to the internal os, and is Grade 1. The nasal bone is seen, the nuchal translucency (NT) measures 1.7 mm, liquor (amniotic fluid) is adequate, and the cervical length is 4.8 cm with a closed internal os. The impression is a single live intrauterine fetus of mean maturity of 14 weeks 3 days.

She should avoid any strenuous activities and Intercourse to prevent bleeding.  It's better if she stays at rest. Also go for the triple marker test to screen for Down's syndrome.
