Front bridge upper portion has come off from one side, i was using a bridge for my front teeth, it covered four teeth, now it has come off from one side can it be refixed or can an immediate implant be done?

Yes, you can get the implant done in that area, but if you want to re-fix the bridge then that can also be done if the bridge is not damaged.
