Hi sir me and my gf doing sex regular but from 2_3 month my gf face problem of less blooding during period and from week Brest milk problem

Need to know what medications she s on..also do a urine pregnancy test , a serum TSH , serum prolactin , Vitamin D3 , ultrasound pelvis.. She could be suffering from hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia , vit D deficiency , PCOS  ,or rarely it could be pregnancy . Get all the tests and consult direct
