Brest burning pain after feeding

Hi, having Brest burning pain on both sides after feeding the baby (10 days old).  History: She had surgery in the first pregnancy for breast milk abscess on one side 4 years back. Who is the correct specialist we should meet for this issue? We are getting only lactation counsellors. Pls suggest

Consult lactation consultant..... Also empty both breast turn wise .... And if pain increases or tightness and fever present...please consult gynaecologist
