Breething problem.

While breathing i feel to take long breth  offten.if i avoid to take long breath,  pressure creates in chest portion.usually this happen without our knowledge but in my case this s happening. Pl. help me out.

Most likely these types of symptoms are indicative of anxiety hyperventilation syndrome,however, considering your age, you must get evaluated by a Pulmonologist to get to a proper diagnosis
