Hi... these are symptoms of Panic attacks.
Emotional stress or nervousness sends threat signals to the brain which in turn responds by triggering certain hormone and chemical release in the body which leads to breathlessness, racing heart, dry throat, heaviness in chest, dizziness, a sense that something will go wrong to you... that leads to helplessness and crying.
