Breathlessness

Hi. Since past few months I am experiencing breathlessness. It is not that severe but at times I have to inhale and exhale with efforts. Please advise

Doesn't seem like heart related. Get your routine checkup done. ECG ECHO TMT,  CBC, BP, Blood sugar and lipid profile
