Any history of fever or allergy? Do you have any cxr?

Hello. I’ll surely help u out in this matter. But for this I need more data and info about the baby... what is the current weight of the child?? does he have abnormal breathe sounds when he forcibly breaths out??? Have u taken an X-ray cos it might be a lung problem rather than a heart problem ( since echo is normal- which is a thing of relief) do u have a any blood tests done???
